These products include spot crypto investment and derivatives for professional investors across a pre-approved list of exchanges, allowing investors to make informed decisions that aligns with objectives.
In addition, the approval also allows the exchange to deliver personalized, end-to-end services to professional investors across the entire investment lifecycle. It is worth noting that this approval positions HashKey among the few fund managers authorized by SFC to offer virtual assets discretionary managed accounts.
The approval also offers flexible trading platforms to investors. This means that HashKey clients can select trading platforms based on their industry-leading security, compliance, and operational value.
Similarly, the approval also allows HashKey Capital to render a seamless investment strategy execution. This execution strategy includes discretionary buying and selling, asset allocation, ongoing monitoring, rebalancing, and detailed reporting. Thus, allowing professional investors to focus on their broader financial goals with confidence.

As revealed, the license permitted the exchange to offer services such as fiat-crypto exchange, crypto-crypto exchange, and custodial wallet services.
A few weeks ago, the exchange also secured an In-principal Approval (IPA) from the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) in Dubai. Binbits reported that approval was for a VASP license which allows HashKey to offer Virtual Asset Exchange Services and Virtual Asset Broker-Dealer services in Dubai.
