Purpose Investments, a Canadian asset management firm, has submitted a proposal to launch an XRP ($3.05) exchange-traded fund (ETF). The company filed a preliminary prospectus with regulatory authorities in Canada to introduce the proposed spot ETF.

The Toronto-based investment firm has presented a preliminary prospectus to securities regulators for the Purpose Ripple 
$3 ETF. With approximately $23 billion in managed assets, the firm is preparing to launch the world’s first XRP ETF.
Som Seif, founder of Purpose Investments, articulated the company’s vision of offering Ripple products. Seif stated, “As Purpose, we remain committed to bridging innovation with traditional finance and decentralized finance.
